CNMC-400 Hydraulic Polyurethane Foam Sprayer Features
The new CNMC-400 hydraulically driven dosing unit has been carefully designed and manufactured to meet the demanding industrial foam requirements of polyurethane foam two-component systems in field applications. Its special configuration facilitates easy access to all components, simplifies control functions and significantly improves performance reducing maintenance time.

Primary heating system
The primary heating system consists of two independent hydraulic and electrically independent block heaters. Each heater contains 2 heating elements of 3000W each and they provide a total power of 1000W with the necessary control and safety features to ensure accurate and reliable performance of the system. The special design of the heaters allows a DT of 50ºC and enables them to reach an application temperature of 90ºC under normal ambient temperature conditions.
Hose Heating System
The hose heating system is designed with a 4000W isolation transformer and can heat up to 120 m. The system incorporates the innovative concept of heated hoses, where copper resistance elements are evenly distributed around the de hose. This allows precise, even control of the product's operating temperature and avoids the concentration of heat that occurs in conventionally manufactured hoses.
Control Panel
The control panel consists of a touch screen incorporating specially designed software that allows all operating parameters to be easily and quickly selected and controlled. An advanced alarm system warns of any errors during operation to ensure correct use of the product. As an additional feature, a phase connection alarm has been incorporated into the design to avoid costly repairs due to errors or mistakes when plugging the proportioner into the power supply.
Integral proportional pumps
Pump with anti-leakage system (international patent pending). Double-acting hydraulic cylinders drive two directly opposed chemical dosing pumps. This design eliminates asymmetric loads and ensures extended life of the pump packing seals and a constant, stabilized pressure for perfect mixing of the chemical composition. Several pump sizes can be used to obtain different volume ratios.
